Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlashPaym, a service operated by MMR Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. ("MMR Technologies", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Islamabad, Pakistan. By creating a merchant account, integrating our API, or otherwise using FlashPaym, you ("Merchant", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of services

FlashPaym provides a payment routing layer that allows merchants to accept payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer (including Raast and IBFT) through a single integration, along with a merchant dashboard, settlement reporting, and reconciliation tools.

Underlying payment processing, fund custody, and settlement are carried out by our licensed payment aggregator partner(s), each regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). FlashPaym does not itself hold merchant or customer funds.

3. Merchant eligibility & onboarding

• You must be a legally registered business (or eligible sole proprietor) operating in Pakistan.
• You must complete Know Your Business (KYB) verification, including providing valid CNIC, business registration documents (where applicable), and bank/wallet account details.
• FlashPaym and its aggregator partners reserve the right to decline or delay onboarding pending verification, at their discretion, in line with applicable SBP requirements.

4. Merchant obligations

• Provide accurate business and contact information, and keep it up to date.
• Only use FlashPaym for lawful goods and services, consistent with our prohibited use list.
• Maintain a clear, accessible refund and privacy policy on your own website for your customers.
• Cooperate with reasonable requests related to fraud checks, disputes, or regulatory inquiries.

5. Fees & settlement

Applicable transaction fees are disclosed to you at onboarding and in your merchant dashboard. Fees are charged only on successfully settled transactions unless otherwise stated. Settlement timelines (e.g. T+1 or instant) depend on your plan and are described in your merchant agreement.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use FlashPaym for, including but not limited to: illegal goods or services, gambling or betting not licensed under Pakistani law, adult content, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, sale of counterfeit goods, or any activity that violates SBP regulations or Pakistani law. We and our aggregator partners may suspend accounts suspected of prohibited use pending investigation.

7. Liability & disclaimers

FlashPaym is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party rails (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks, Raast) that are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you to FlashPaym in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Suspension & termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately in cases of suspected fraud, prohibited use, or if required by our aggregator partners or SBP regulation.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
